Decision-Making Patterns of the Organisation

If one wishes to engage with the decision-making pattern of an organisation, then, at the outset, we recommend the following fundamental questions: Where and how do the (conflict-ridden) processes take place, in which opinions are confirmed (= choice of alternatives for decisions)? Where and how do the (integrative) processes take place, in which binding decisions are made (=choice of decision-making alternative)? Where and how do the (authoritative) processes take place, by which information is given regarding decisions (= choice of communication channels and media)? Where and how do decisions/decision makers observe how they are being observed? Where and how do the processes take place, in which information is gathered about the factual consequences of the decisions (=choice of factual feedback processes)? Where and how do the processes take place, in which information is gathered about the social consequences of the decisions (=choice of the social feedback processes)? Where and how do the processes take place in which information is gathered about the temporal consequences of the decisions (=choice of the temporal feedback processes). How does one ensure the binding character of decisions (hierarchy, consensus, rules, norms)?
