We have many years of professional experience in the accompaniment and facilitation of change and transformation processes in national and international corporations and medium-sized companies. Our focus is on issues of corporate culture, support for management teams, and complex change programmes (such as M&A processes, reorganisations and strategic realignments). We use meta-theory for targeted diagnostics at the individual, team or organisational level, and for deriving effective interventions. Our consulting approach draws on our own many years of corporate and leadership experience. We understand the perspective of our clients since we ourselves often experienced the challenges that many of our clients face.
